Not So Spooky

                It is now time for me to tell you all the secondary theme of our game. I am, of course, more excited about this theme than the first; though surprisingly not by much this time. This week’s secondary theme was haunted houses and cemeteries. Just like the sun and moon theme, it seemed like a good idea in theory. The idea is that they are spooky and good preparation for Halloween. Unfortunately putting the idea into action did not work so well. It turns out that most haunted houses, or even haunted buildings, just look run down. There is nothing truly discernible about a haunted house. Therefore, there were no really spooky pictures to use. Cemeteries were a bit easier, but how many pictures of tombstones can you really look at? After a while they all tend to look similar, if not the same. Don’t get me wrong, my aunt and I still found some creepy pictures, it just not easy. I guess the creep factor of these places is in the feelings they evoke, not just how they look. So while you are looking at the pictures below, pretend to be scared. Maybe that will make them better. Or, you can just see what my searches produced. Next week’s secondary theme will be better for sure. We already have it picked out and I can honestly say I am very excited to start. You, however, do not get to know what it is until next week. So stay tuned and keep checking. You never know when I’ll reveal the new theme….
